Egg salad Sammie fruit cup and Steamed veggies here Not your traditional Sunday Roast . I opted for tuna fish on wheat bread. Don't have to cook until Tuesday.

I made a Costco-run, today, which means rotisserie chicken. It's my favorite chicken, ever. And, it has to be one of the best buys, on the planet. For $5.00, you can do chicken dishes for days ... depending on how many people are enjoying them. When it comes to "soup time," (Wednesday?) I'm going to try a chicken-lentil soup.
For tonight, it'll be chicken and steamed green beans.

We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas.
Nutsberry: Someone dumped a part Norwegian Forest kitten at my front door last night, it was screaming bloody murder, about 8-10 weeks old. (and people wonder why I think poorly of other humans). She's a tabby, I know I can't keep her but for now I'm calling her Mimi Claire. Its about 3:15 am now, I got no sleep. Will call the vet in a few hours.

Nuts: I'm going to try to find her a good home, I'm going to be 70 in a few months, there is a good chance that I'll die before her - then what happens to her, I'm already worried about my other cats. My vet was off today so I'm taking her in tomorrow, I hope someone at the clinic falls in love with her. My adult cats might kill her if I let her loose in the house, she's in my bedroom now and its starting to smell like a henhouse. Kittens are stinky when they are very young, their poo is toxic. She is not a feral but a totally domesticated kitten. How can people be so cruel to dump a tiny innocent thing like her.

Keeping it uncomplicated ... broiled NY strip, and a steamed artichoke.

I just put a meat lovers pizza in the oven, because I forgot to defrost something. We will have that and some mixed berry cobbler.
