I Absolutely HATE how they are Basically Turning Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) into a Good Character when she is not.
Harley Quinn is Psychotic and Evil, She is Not a Good Character!
She is a Villain and ONLY a Villain!

It's the same thing that happened to Deadpool and Mystique.

I would agree with you but like ThatGuy said, it’s because of popularity. Gotta put her in front and centre for that extra marketing, eh?

You can’t ruin what was never a well written character to begin with.

She is a Villain and ONLY a Villain! Shows what you know. She's actually an anti-hero. If you actually READ her actual comic you would actually know that she actually does as much good as she does bad. As a matter of fact nowadays she actually IS more of a hero than a villain. She's kinda like Deadpool, not a hero, but you wouldn't call him a villain. Harley started out one way, which is what we saw in Suicide Squad, and grew to become something more, which is what I assume we'll see in Birds of Prey.

Quinn as a character is having a severe identity crisis in the 21st century - and not in a good way. She started off as a henchwoman who managed to break out of the shadow of her boss and become a villain - with mass appeal - in her own right. Fine. Her next evolution was some kind of sex-symbol, girl-power icon. Okay. Now, in BoP, she looks an anti-hero fashionista. Wut? These are not just wardrobe changes - their personality changes...

I think that they need to Stop and Just Knock It Off with that Trash and Keep her as a Villain (again, ONLY a Villain).

You've got a point, I much prefer her being a villain and an anti-hero but as a full blown hero? Doesn't feel right to me, call me old fashioned because like a lot of people I was first introduced in her debut the animated Batman series.

People like to say that Superman is not that great a character because since he's so powerful that one cant relate to him. But I don't thinks that's it. I think its that he hasn't evolved. He's still more or less the same guy as when he was created, barring a few minor changes.
Somewhat more modern characters, Harley included, have been allowed to evolve with the times. As a minor character (Jokers' henchman), she ran her course. But as her own woman, she's infinitely more interesting. But in order for her to be a character that can lead her OWN title, one that we can truly invest in, she had to become an anti-hero.
And that's the interesting place we find ourselves in with her. Not quite hero, not quite villain, but somewhere in-between where she can do whatever the heck she wants. Deadpool is another example of this type of character. And that's ok.

In my opinion, her "evolution" is a bit of a fail and a major copout. As the character's popularity increased, it became apparent that she couldn't remain a remorseless, psychotic killer without a backlash so, someone said: "let's nudge her into the (anti) hero spectrum." That's a weak compromise. Thousands, if not millions of fans adore the Joker and he is a psychotic killer. Quinn should have remained a villain. To this day the most interesting villain - let alone female villain - in the DCEU is/was Sub-Commander Faora-Ul. She unapologetically embraced her status as a psychopathic assassin who found the perfect outlet for her desire to conquer and kill within the ranks of the Sword of Rao.

Harley Quinn being an anti-hero has been a thing since the New 52 run. DC has gone out of their way to make her their answer to Deadpool, and since Deadpool is famously an anti-hero, so is Harley Quinn now. Even Bruce Timm went with making her an anti-hero with this.
Anyway, I guess it should be noted that she didn’t always play the role of the villain in B:TAS. Not that I care, mind you, since as I’ve already made clear, I think Harley Quinn is a terrible character who was probably the worst thing about B:TAS. Frankly, part of the reason why I think Mask of the Phantasm is the best thing in the DCAU is because Harley Quinn is nowhere to be seen.

I understand what you're saying, but what you fail to recognize is that no villain has ever held an ongoing title for very long. Joker had a title and it got cancelled. Thanos has had TWO titles. Both cancelled.
The only successes have been Harley and Venom, and only after becoming anti heroes.
I would argue that the Deadpool and Deathstroke were always anti heroes and they are the only other ones I can think of that held a comic book series for any time.
The lesson that teaches the comic company is that we like them better when they're anti-heroes and not outright villains.

I prefer her as a villian myself,I would have liked to see that more. Maybe also we could use another actress as Harley too.

I have to agree with Lenlenlen1 on this one Anthony. Harley Quinn has been more of a hero in the comic books than a villain for quite some time now and she is often portrayed as a comedic type of hero which is one of the reasons she is so popular and you should check out the Harley Quinn/ Power Girl comic books. They would be fun to see in live action.
