This poll is intended for the non-Americans. I do love to hear from you guys if you are going to see the Super Bowl or not.
I started watching Super Bowl since 2014 when Seahawks won it. I have been a Seahawks fan ever since. I am not as big a fan of NFL as I am of NBA but I still follow NFL and try to see most of the games of Seahawks and also the playoffs. So I am definitely going to watch the Super Bowl. I think I will become a bigger fan of NFL from the next year.

I shall be watching it - first time in quite a while I’ve had the Monday morning off actually to watch it. When I was a teenager, it was almost always on the last Monday before the new school year started. Perfect timing really.

I'll watch it. Got really into it in the 1980s when Chicago Bears won it with a big big guy called "The Fridge" In those days Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, and the 49es ruled the roost. Big name QBs were John Elway, Dan Marino, Phil Simms, then later Troy Aikman, Emmett Smith, and the Cowboys appeared and the Redskins had a great QB called Williams, I think, who was MVP at the SB that they won. Oh and the superstar of the Giants, Lawrence Taylor. In those days it was the preserve of Channel 4 but the SuperBowl was on so late in UK, it became impossible to watch it and then make it to work on Monday morning. Now that I'm retired, I can handle it
ps. Another name that I remember. Bernie Kosar, QB of the Browns.

Too stop start for me, what is it? 3 hours to play 1 hour of sport? Seems to game is structured to advertising rather than the sport.

Option 4. I don't tend to watch games at work. Option 5: I rather enjoy the sport, but lost a lot of urgency to watch it when my team was eliminated. Option 6: Like the sport, but this match up may as well be the Who Cares Cup for me.

I guess you can say i'm a non-American in a sense........ as my 3 grandparents come from Dongegal, Ireland... and my Grammy from my moms side comes from New Foundland, Canada which I've been told has a strong Irish Catholic following.... I'm going Rams 33-31 ..........and yes I will be watching ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/s8tffwvq1/cheers.gif)

I follow to some degree the play offs and normally the super bowl. But Maroon 5 is really a bummer.
It will be a nap for me, and I don't know if I will wake up for the second half. Why not on a Saturday when you have the Sunday to sleep?!

No interest whatsoever.
Just for comparison... global TV audience roughly:
Super Bowl = 160 million
FA Cup Final = 550 million.

All those options you listed are perfectly fine and in fact I didn't watch finals of last NBA because it was expected to be boring and moreover my fav team was knocked of before the finals. But wouldn't you have already expected your team to be knocked off anyway before the Super Bowl?

I don't have nearly enough patience to watch an entire game of American Football, but I will be tuning in at different moments to catch snippets here and there and to check the score. My brother lived in Boston for a few years and became a bit of a Patriots fan (he actually met Gisele and her husband once) so I guess I will root for them.
