There is only one appropriate course of action here. To make an example of him, Golf must be permanently taken off the air! It is interesting, I did a search for this story online, this is the complete list of media outlets who have used the word 'sexist' in their headline: Daily Mail Fox Washington Post Mirror GiveMeSport Awful Announcing International Business Times Citizen Sport 24 Since when did some of these outlets suddenly develop a conscience? And The Sun have merely opted for the word 'disgraceful' in their headline. The same paper that still has a daily page 3 girl and routinely comments on the size of women's tits.  The story seems to have been largely ignored by the broadsheets. (Except at The Times... go figure!) But I think the journalist at 'The Yorkshire Post' deserves a promotion, he (or she) went for the headline, wait for it.... 'Alliss in Blunderland'. Give that man a payrise! |

Nice bit of research there. Nothing on BBC's own website about it, surprise surprise. I'll get slaughtered for this in some quarters but for Christ's sake, if you're going to throw the words 'sexist' and 'disgraceful' around on this, then first get your own yard in order and don't be hypocrites, like you pointing out about titties in The Sun, yes.
