I was reading an article earlier how the G'town HC search was becoming a farce. They went shopping in the luxury aisle, Mike Brey being the most notable, and got shot down. They couldn't even pry Tommy Amaker from Harvard. And to that was the fact that John Thompson II was pissed over the firing and was thinking about distancing himself from the program. It seemed the only way to turn it around was to hire Ewing.
I was never the biggest Hoya fan (sorry, Sir. Loved St. John's) but I don't like to see then be insignificant.

I have no rooting interest in the Hoyas but I think he'll do well. Probably be a decent recruiter at least. I hope he does well, seems like a good guy.
