Will the future face of the MCU make as much as Aquaman?
LOL the Marvelites used to justify all of the MCU’s mediocrity by citing the box office returns. Going by that measure, the MCU has its back to the wall and losing to DC 😂

Captain Marvel will most likely out-gross Aquaman. The MCU still carries strong brand appeal and has three weeks to itself before another superhero movie comes along. Fans will definitely see how the movie will tie into Avengers: Endgame.

I don't think it will outgross it Worldwide or maybe even come that close to it. Domestically...there's a chance. Too many people are turned off by Brie Larson so unlikely Captain Marvel reaches $1 billion. Also, Shazam! is being elased April 5 and that'll probably outgross Captain Marvel. |

i don't know. maybe GOTG numbers . it would probably need 500m+ domestic to reach 1 billion ww i think .

Too many people are turned off by Brie Larson so unlikely Captain Marvel reaches $1 billion. Also, Shazam! is being elased April 5 and that'll probably outgross Captain Marvel. There's no way that Shazam outgrosses Captain Marvel. Even the current projections are less than half of it. But yeah I can't see Captain Marvel making $1 billion. I could see maybe Wonder Woman figures or a bit less.
