I warned the Academy that I would invalidate any Oscars won by Black Panther, and they recklessly and brazenly awarded it some anyway, leaving me no choice but to vacate all of BP's Oscar wins immediately, leaving three categories without winners.
Guys, I'm worried about the Academy. How should they go about determining new winners? Use the runners-up? Re-vote? Just leave them vacant for 2019?

They could just use the infamous asterisk like people suggested doing with steroid users in the baseball hall of fame.

Probably repeat the same process as prior years as though nothing happened. As with any other film.

Just give all those Oscars to Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse. Spider-Verse has actually made me rethink how the Academy honors animated films. I know there have been surprises like Beauty and the Beast and Toy Story 3 getting a Best Picture nomination or Wall-E getting an Original Screenplay nom, but I had never seen anything like Spider-Verse before. It reminded me of when I first saw Toy Story and how it paved the way for a whole new world of animation.
Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse deserved a Best Picture nomination and Shameik Moore and Jake Johnson should be the reason they start including Best Voice Actor into the mix.
Not to mention I thought D'Onofrio was the Kingpin I had always dreamed of. Not anymore. Then of course Nic Cage. And don't even get me started on that soundtrack!!!
Shit. I think I need to watch it again right now.

I would've totally supported a Best Picture nod for ITS. That's a great idea.
