This all Disney, they tried banning LATimes from screenings for unfavorable coverage of Disneyland. Nothing new....Fox banned Siskel & Ebert because of one bad film review (I'm not defending what Disney did). As for it all being Disney. The Universal/Warners owned Fandango own Rotten Tomatos. What do they sell? Cinema tickets. So did you ever consider that RT did this, independant of Disney, to save thier revenue?

Also, Disney doesn't even own RottenTomatoes at all. Warner Brothers and Universal do. Doesn't mean Disney wouldn't benefit from somehow rigging it. And that's the only explanation for their RT scores, so... Explain how this Disney film from last year got great reviews. Oh wait... The Nutcracker and the Four Realms (2018)

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms (2018) This has been addressed a million times. They have to let a few fail to make it look plausible; they never tank when they're marked for success.

One thing it does show is how terrified D$sney must be. So scared they what bribed Warner Brothers and NBCUniversal to change their site as they own Rotten Tomatoes?Β WB and NBCUniversal "own" RT the same way I "own" Microsoft. I invest in a minority of shares of Microsoft so I "own" Microsoft but I have no control over how Microsoft is run. WB also invests in a minority share of RT but WB has no control over how RT is run anymore than I control how Microsoft is run.

How is RT biased in favor of the MCU when all RT does is just calculate all the good reviews and bad reviews they received? It's not RT's fault the MCU release good movies. I said carrys more weight...influence not control. So you concede then that Universal does have control/influence with it's 70%, and Disney none with its 0%

Also, LA Times thing was because of something completely unrelated to a film, and the ban eventually got lifted when even people working at Disney started to call out the very studio they're working at.

How the hell did we go from RT removing the "want" meter to arguing about Disney bribing RT? Again?!
You guys are all adults, you should all be smart enough to realize that the idea of Disney bribing RT or critics for high scores is utterly ridiculous.

You guys are all adults, you should all be smart enough to realize that the idea of Disney bribing RT or critics for high scores is utterly ridiculous. Exactly. Look at 'A Wrinkle in Time'. I could just go and say that Disney is racist AND sexist at the same time because they sabotaged the first ever big-budget film directed by a black woman.

How the hell did we go from RT removing the "want" meter to arguing about Disney bribing RT? Because lots of movies have gotten low scores in the past and there was no censorship, but as soon as an MCU movie got a low score, RT censors it to hide the low ratings.

When people continually abuse the feature in question, what do you expect? Jesus. RT is a marketing tool for the studios , when score was 90% they had no issues
