You're damn right I'm not. And I am proud of it. It just a stupid TV show. I have a life. “Winners keep winning. Losers blame the refs.”

Why is this bothering so many people? I just thought the premiere was okay, but the two Sam scenes were the best scenes of the episode easily. He was not crying about his dad. It shocked him, but he understood it and even was happy that he could return home. It was his brother dying that got him. He loved his brother. I agree with this. Plus, Sam possibly didn't know the whole story about his father betraying the Tyrells who had sworn loyalty to Daenerys. It's also worth pointing out that while Lord Randyll was technically a traitor, his son was only following his lord's (ie his father's) commands and so should not have been executed - he should have been treated as a POW rather than a traitor. Also, burning people alive is a cruel and unusual form of execution and probably makes people think of the Mad King. When you put all that with his grief at having lost his brother (who he genuinely seemed to love), you can understand his disgust.

Lighten up, we're just having some fun. Nobody said the Saints suck or anything. I am not being "heavy". It is just sports. But sdm3, klawercio79, hehateshe, etc. want to argue the point that the Saints were not screwed by a bad call in last year's NFC Championship game. I never said they never had a chance after that "no call". I just said it looks suspiciously like intentional cheating. Arguing about sports is half the fun.

Next you'll be saying you don't know who Ser Pounce is (was?).
Who is (was) that? Resident of King's Landing. Joffrey threatened to kill him and Cercei had him brutally executed after Tommen's death. Sad

Do you think Game of Thrones is an accurate depiction of real life in Medievil Times?

(Not the dragons and zombies.) Yes, absolutely. Real European history is even more fascinating than GOT. The politics, seduction, backstabbing and wars of the time are what GRRM based his story on.
