I think people should have to give their bank details before making an account so they can only make one.

How many of those votes were real opinions from real people? Do you think it is fair? Would they be doing this if it was a DCU movie or Fox movie?  The real question should be - how many of those votes were yours? Captain Marvel gets 58,000 votes when it has been out for only one day, while Infinity War gets 54,000 votes after being out for an entire year? Nothing to see here folks! Move along! This silly anti Captain Marvel campaign has failed miserably. It has been exposed, the perpetrators ridiculed, and CM is still going to be a monster success! It is time for all butt-hurt fanboys to return to their normal lives. ... unfortunately for most, that means seething over the next superhero movie from their parents basement.

Although it would limit the mega trolls. Nah, it wouldn't. Personally I'm perturbed that none of my three negative reviews have gotten through! I'm going to make up more accounts and keep rating it negatively until one shows up. Innit? |

They purged the ones that were posted before the release date...that seems to be their reason. A bug counted the pre-release votes.
Although it seems they do still have something to sort out.....there are about 14 pages of reviews dated 25th February and before. Then the reviews jump to the 8 March
