All I see in your fundos and evangelists is hate, anger, greed, self entitlement, a perpensity for violence, and a rejection of Christ's teachings. The exact same thing can be said of the Roman Catholic Church down the years.

Thanks for your post. I do not know about Trump's personal political leanings (whether he is a liberal or conservative) but I do believe we have seen a better America in the last 3 years in terms of the fact that they have not made Iraq or Libya type interventions, which they might actually could have under Hillary as she was a very vocal supporter of American intervention and saw it as "necessity". I don't know or care for who wins the next elections although I am extremely annoyed by the number of times the idiot Trump gets mentioned even in non-political discussions. I don't like Trump or his personality. I wish they chose someone like Sanders. But the whinny liberals usually bring him more often in non-Trump related discussions than the conservatives ( at least that has been my experience) so I don't know which group annoys me more. I certainly know that both sides have lots of immature people who see issues in black and white. Americans will never elect a self-described socialist as president. Even if Americans like Sanders's policy ideas initially, the Republicans will merely smear him with the 'S' word for socialist, and the lion's share of Americans will reject socialism as communism lite. I disagree with you on Trump personally. I don't like his economic policies, but as a man I love his brash style. He's a real showman. I know Sanders has very little chance. I know Trump's presidency may not have produced an economic environment that may be significantly different from what would have been the economic development had Democrats won. But America as a country lost a lot of credibility with the election of Trump. An outsider is best to judge what is the image of America in 2019 as compared to what it was in 2014 or in 1990. Trump is a joker and writes stupid tweets. That's his level. He has no grace and no class. We laugh at him and also derive a lot of pleasure that a country that has had better of the world is getting leveled and humbled. I believe a candidate like Sanders can improve America's image on the world stage. It can also improve the image of the Democratic party. But if Democrats put buffoons like Clinton then we will continue to believe it's a country of frauds. I remember the last elections. I was in my Uni library. I was watching the live results and decided to see public reaction to what seemed like Trump's likely victory. So I went to a Greek cafe and you know what that greek guy said to me? He said both the candidates are crooked and voters of both the parties are idiots and frauds because they picked they knowingly picked those 2 crooks. So it is time that America put at least decent candidates than continue to become the laughing stock of the world.

What are they thinking as they ask a man who is the embodiment of avarice and greed, a man who once tried to evict an elderly woman so he could expand a limousine parking lot, a man who lies with such ease, a man who cheated on all three of his wives, a man who admitted that he's never asked a god he claims to believe in for forgiveness, a man who has comically tried to reference Bible quotes and failed...to autograph their Bibles? It's simple. He attacks muslims and islam. To his christian supporters, it's an "enemy of my enemy" thing.

Sure, Trump has had some moral transgressions that do not look good and do oppose Christian teachings etc but at the end of the day which political party is most opposed to Jesus Christ? ; hint, it's not Trump's side. that pretty much sums up why Christians, or at least those who take Christianity a bit more seriously, tend to back republican/conservative candidates in general especially given the left is going further left lately which is not good for society as the left is all about chaos nowadays (they are headed towards communism and that just brings destruction to society) but that tends to happen when one reject's God (i.e. The Holy Trinity (Father/Son(Jesus Christ)/Holy Spirit)) as once you remove God from things, chaos/disorder tends to take over as people tend to follow their passions, which are disordered after the fall of Adam/Eve, instead of following God's moral order. p.s. like I have said before... one basic test of whether one political party will be generally backwards in moral issues is the abortion issue and God opposes abortion as it's murder. but the left tries to sugar coat a immoral/evil act by labeling it 'pro-choice' instead of what it really is which is a basic life issue (the left puts a persons "choice" higher than a persons right-to-life when it should be the other way around). once life becomes disposable at it's most innocent stage (i.e. in a mothers womb), like it is for some on the left, it's just going to be that much easier for those types of people to cross other moral lines that should not be crossed and that's what's happening on the left as they generally don't have God as their moral guide and once you put Him aside, chaos takes over and that's pretty much what's happening with the left, especially lately. that's why I think Trump will win in 2020 as even if someone is not a big fan of him, they will be forced to vote for him just to keep the far left out of power who are against the common person etc. youre wrong. At the first paragraph. At best both parties suck at following Jesus message but the truth is neither of them do anything Christian like because that is not their goal or interest. It’s tours One of them is just better at lying about being Christ like. Otherwise that moron Trump wouldn’t have even been considered in the first place.

In order for a political party to do so, it would have to be an odd mix of left wing Marxism and right wing Christian theocracy.
