Nephlims were supposed to be giants, neanderthals were only about 5.5 ft. Dinosaurs being giant reptiles is a common misconception, they're actually more closely related to birds, they looked nothing like dragons:

Dinosaurs being giant reptiles is a common misconception, they're actually more closely related to birds, they looked nothing like dragons: No human (modern or archaic) ever saw a dinosaur, as humans have been around for at most a few million years, while the last dinosaurs went extinct about 65 million years ago. But it seems possible that early humans ran into dinosaur fossils which would be pretty much bones, and if they saw really large ones they well could have imagined that they came from a dragon-like creature.

The only living animal I can think of even close to a dragon, is well the Komodo dragon, they're rather large and even occasionally kill humans.

Sure but keep in mind that dinosaur fossils, if not carefully excavated by a trained paleontologist, would often be difficult to see as a whole. Anyway, some of them look pretty dragonlike to me.

And just to be clear that's a real fossil and not a "REPLICA" of a fossil?

Good question, I hadn't thought of that. Edit: apparently it's a real fossil on display at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

Neanderthals were/are humans... Put one in modern clothes, and walk down the high street with one, and barely anybody would bat an eyelid. A bit shorter by today's heights, more pronounced brow ridges, a bit wider nose, and a bigger brain, but nothing too different.
