In 2020, MLB instituted a three-batter minimum for relief appearances, added a 26th player to the active roster while eliminating expanded rosters in September, and will cap the number of pitchers on the roster at a to-be-determined amount.

Looks like he's supportive of some, but not ready to throw his support to the strategic changes just yet ( i.e., the batter minimum).

Looks like he's supportive of some, but not ready to throw his support to the strategic changes just yet ( i.e., the batter minimum). well, he probably wants to get the o's games over as soon as possible next year...

I'm old enough to have fond memories of the 50's & 60's games that regularly finished in around 2 hours. Today's 4 hour monstrosities are unwatchable and don't come near the old games in entertainment value.
