As I just had trouble with my lap-top while writing here, it stopped working, and offcourse I paniced.
I tried get it to work for what felt like hours.
I entered via my cell-phone to notify my friends here using my usual code-names.
When I to my surprice re-entered here after somehow I got my lap-top working again I was still logged in.
How is that possible to enter a username that is still logged in? Since I entered via two totally different sources.
In this case it was a good thing! So I'm not complaining, I was just curious.

As soon as I saw your post, I thought of the movie "The Exterminating Angel", where several characters enter the same room at least two different times and keep on getting re-introduced to each other. Wild stuff. But to get to your point, yes, I have to enter and re-enter passwords a lot more often than you would think was warranted. I despise modern technology, with the exception of IMDB and applesacks.com -- of course.
