Thor. I'm pretty sure Cap and IM are getting killed off. Thor would have been too if it wasn't for the success of Ragnarok. There were a few polls done about which character people were most excited about in Endgame, and Thor topped most of those polls. He's currently one of their most bankable stars at the moment so I doubt they'll axe him.
