Thought CFC was gonna rock the joint on 00:55 but City streets ahead with their oil money. The fella is right - it is insane.

Thanks, Carl. Excellent info. Important trends are:
Spending by top Italian clubs have declined in last decade relative to non-Italian clubs. Chelsea started the trend of big spending by English club. Man United dominated all those years with not so big spending relative to other English clubs. PSG is an odd-man out from France. I saw Rangers in the first year the vid covers. Very surprising.

This graphic really illustrates why anyone who truly loves football should be praying that Liverpool put Manchester City to the sword in both the Premier and Champions Leagues.
The club that was Manchester City should be absolutely no where near this chart. They are,and have been allowed to be, (financial) cheats despite the lip service from EAFA. No one likes Drugs cheats in other sports and this should be viewed in exactly the same way.
Liverpool are only really in a position to challenge through the luck of the Torres, Suarez, Sterling, Coutinho mega sales. Without the prudent reinvestment of that money they'd be nowhere.
It's really a classic battle of Good Vs Evil being played out in the sport. Fingers crossed that good will prevail!
