They played us for fools. I dont mind this. Hardcore DCfans are like SHIT! Marvel has another auto win movie. You know what would be funny? If Gunn trolled Warner and the DCEU by making a bad movie, and on the instruction of Disney

For those who don't want to watch the video: Basically James Gunn being "Fired" by Disney may have been a lie. Nah. After MCU Dictator Kevin Feige fired Edgar Wright and Patty Jenkins for wanting more creative freedom to make a better movie, other directors didn't want to work for Feige so Feige couldn't find anyone else to direct GotG3 so Disney got desperate and had to bring Gunn back.

After Academy Award nominee Kevin Feige fired Edgar Wright and Patty Jenkins for wanting more creative freedom to make a better movie, other directors didn't want to work for Feige so Feige couldn't find anyone else to direct GotG3 so Disney got desperate and had to bring Gunn back. Considering he hired directors for a Black Widow movie, an Eternals movie, and a Shang Chi movie way after James Gunn's firing, I don't think that's the case, but cool story bro.

How do you feel about Geoff Johns going away? It would seem like DC actually has a dictator as Johns was removed pretty quickly. Or what about Emmerich et al rushing the DCEU (which made it ultimately fail) in fear of not getting their bonus? Oh no they cant get ferrari no.10 that year...

Nah... I think it was just a social-driven over-reaction... and, then finally, rational heads prevailed.  That and: Ya figure half the cast didn't want to do another movie without him. Money is money.... and tons of money is tons of money. |

Money is money.... and tons of money is tons of money. But think about it. When the Fox deal was ramping up and that guy released that stuff, they got rid of Gunn and nothing was said from the guy after that. Everything from Marvel and Disney was quiet about it. Besides Bautista and you can say he was just doing a wrestling promo. lol Feige even says that he heard nothing about it and he's the guy in charge at Marvel. Then just before the deal is suppose to be done with, he's hired back. This all looks like they just wanted to do the Fox deal without all that extra noise bothering it.

Wasn't there a list of the old posts? I tried finding it put--what sort of things did Gunn say in his old social media posts? I thought there was a lot of repetitive focus on certain themes.
