An Israeli dish that looks like lots of vegetables fried or braised in a large frypan, then 4 eggs dropped in 4 corners to cook. I don't think that's an Israeli dish though they might eat it. Arabs also call eggs mixed with onions, tomatoes, garlic and spices, and of course, eggs, shakshouka.
