3/4 cup coconut milk * 3/4 cup Tazo Chai Latte * 3/4 cup rolled oats * tsp or so of chai seeds, sesame seeds, and or ground flax
A bit high on sugar (12 g), but really good once in a while. I might add cinnamon, caraway, poppy.
* I use a full rice cup of each - 180 cc.

I hadn't realized the Tazo has "use within the span of seven days" in small type at the end of the paragraph at the top of the box. Had been trying to find the source of my intestinal issues and this was the big Aha! I thought it lasted months.
So I'm trying to use it up.

I am probably the only person in the world who likes cooked oatmeal cold.I cook it, sprinkle sugar over it then let it get cold.

Just regulare instant oats for me with milk, butter & brown sugar mixed in.
