So out of these trilogies which one is your favorite ?
Mine is The Captain America trilogy.

I believe we already had something like this before. The Captain America trilogy won by a landslide. It had two good/great movies in CATWS and CW and a decent flick in CATFA.
It was more interesting to see who landed for second place. Both Ironman and Thor each had one great movie (IM1 and Ragnarok), one decent movie (IM3 and Thor) and one subpar movie (IM2 and TDW). My personal ranking would be:
1. Captain America trilogy 2. Thor trilogy 3. Ironman trilogy

As a trilogy, I go Iron Man. Captain America has the only movie of the 9 outright disliked. I hated The First Avenger. I thought it was boring. It's one of the few movies I outright dislike in the MCU. The other is Ultron. Haven't seen either in years though.

Oh god, Captain America easily. By a long shot. Thor got legitimately good by the 3rd movie. Iron Man for some reason kept dicking around in the villain department and suddenly did away with everything that gave #1 any semblance of stakes or urgency.

Iron Man 3 is the best out of these 9 movies so for that, I'm picking Iron Man.

Captain America, even though it's first film is one of the weakest MCU films.

Captain America.
The Iron Man trilogy came and went too soon. Iron Man 3 works better as a standalone movie. It was fine as part of the trilogy but it's the only movie (and therefore, only trilogy) that wasn't made better by the other movies. I like Thor and Thor 2 now than I did before because Ragnarok and other Thor outings showed Thor growing. Captain America The First Avenger only got better and better because future Cap outings made it so. I could have put it on a lower tier but later Cap movies showed a character progression in action too. Both Cap and Thor sequels showed how far they came from the first and it stuck. That's the important part, it stuck.
Iron Man 3 (which I liked more than most) was persona non grata the moment Age of Ultron started. Right off the bat he's in a suit whooping it up with the team against Hydra. You'd think Iron Man 3 never closed with blowing up his outfits. It was nowhere near time to put a cap on that story, so Iron Man 3 (for me) was not made better by other movies. It didn't have the luxury of waiting for the rest of the MCU to catch up, and if it waited then it might have been a different movie. So in my opinion, Iron Man 3 was a good finale to its trilogy up until the rest of the part 2's came along, at which point it became better as a standalone film.
Not really a deal, but what impressed me about Thor and Cap as characters is they seem right where they should be in Infinity War because of their growth on display in their previous movies, without the team-ups and cross appearances. The Iron Man as of Infinity War seems to me like the result of his onscreen growth from the team-ups more than his own movies now.

Thor & Cap are protectors. They make their commitment to walk the old lady across the street & don't get distracted halfway across. Tony will pass the old gal off or tell her she can make it on her own at the slightest distraction. Tony is the reason Coulson had to die Steve & Thor were in. Tony was the only one running interference, hacking SHIELD, shocking Banner, etc.

Captain America. Has at least two solid movies in The Winter Soldier and Civil War.
I only like Iron Man in the Iron Man Trilogy and Thor Ragnarok in the Thor trilogy.
In fact I think Thor and Thor Dark World are some of the worst MCU movies.

I haven't yet seen Civil War, but the first two Captain America movies are both really good.
Iron Man, while slightly ahead of both in my estimation, was followed by two awful sequels.
Thor: Ragnarok was great fun, but I wasn't impressed with what came before.
