Toss up between apples oranges and passionfruit because of the trees and vines my parents grew in our garden when I was growing up. We had a Granny Smith tree, a Jonothon appel tree and a Washington navel and a Valencia orange tree, as well as heaps of passionfruit vines growing all over the tennis court fence.
We also had an apricot tree, a peach, tree tomato, custrd apple, mandarin persimmon and strawberries and raspberries.
I ate a lot of fruit as a kid!

Are we talking total mass or units? Because if it is units, it might be blueberries or grapes (or maybe strawberries), whereas if it is total mass, it would be either apples or bananas.

Probably apples. I like the tart, crisp ones.
In the summer, I love to have the "stone" fruits, my favorites being apricots and nectarines. But, I don't bother with the imported ones in the off-season.
