Yes, drug taking goes on at all games, everywhere. Huddling in a corner, sniffing away, hiding from the CCTV and 'jeccin' up before kick off, wafting away the stench of skunk before it's noticed by anyone not on drugs, and quite apart from the dressing rooms, it's just as bad on the terraces. But never mind all that. This link on your link, LaFong, tells of a poor bloke in Swindon who had spent a year planning a stag trip in Vegas with his pals, only to discover the night before departure that the best man had spent the £8,000 kitty intended to book flights and accommodation and had in fact booked nothing. The groom had to settle instead for a few pints in a Swindon boozer. One of his mates is unfortunately already in Las Vegas after flying in from New Zealand. Now the poor sod is stuck there on his own with no mates, no pre-booked hotel and a lot of jetlag. My 'best man' spent our Vegas stag trip money and now we're supping pints in a Swindon pub

Could it be a scam to get money from charitable people on gofundme.com? Never thought of that. It is rather difficult to believe a best man would do that to his best mate. And then leave it just hours before departure to tell him.

Could it be a scam to get money from charitable people on gofundme.com? Plus, you would think that at some point at least one or more of the others would have been excited enough to say to the fellow "Come on, then, let's have a look at the reservations, we're excited!" That's what you do when you book flights and accommodation, isn't it. You want to see it in print because you're excited. And not one of them asked to see the bookings? That's odd.
