Wonder if they're bailing bacause the fixed odds betting stuff is getting clamped down on here?

And yes, if they have taken someone's money on a bet and are still trading, they should be made to honour it.

I think it is one of the Asian bookmakers operating from Isle of Man. Had an account with SBOBET which had nearly the same layout and was similar company in many respects. They wanted to charge me for keeping my account dormant. Bloody thugs.
