So since The Joker film is set in the 80s and The Batman film is set to be in the 90s era. Do you think there’s an even bigger chance we may see them come together in the future?

But the Joker film isn't part of the DCEU unlike The Batman so I doubt they'll be end up together.

No it doesn't appear to be. It's says on the Wikipedia page.
"It is intended to be the first film in a series of DC-based films separate from the shared DC Extended Universe (DCEU)."
