Al Leiter and Rick Reed of the late 90s/early 00's Mets. Leiter was a union rep and Rick Reed (the "Poor Man's Greg Maddux") was a scab who crossed picket lines during the strike because he was a journeyman and needed to earn a living. A control type pitcher adept at throwing at strikes and pitching to contact managed to find his way onto the Mets big league roster in 1997 and had a few decent years in the middle of the Mets rotation. Leiter refused to ever speak to him and encouraged their Mets teammates to do the same.

Sandy Lyle and Colin Montgomerie
Sandy publicly accused Monty of cheating on the golf course (Monty did, but wouldn't acknowledge it) Monty was big in the Ryder Cup "cronies gang" and made sure that Lyle was never offered the Captaincy. Sandy had 2 majors to his name. Monty never won a major and was very sore about that.
