OT: Most over-rated female celebrity (proper version)

Inspired by DC-Fan's thread, thought I'd make my own, more objective version of his thread.

I picked female celebrities whose names are currently very popular and usually part of any Hollywood discussion and are recurring tabloid stars. These women are generally considered pretty successful in what they do and are marketed as hot, very attractive women.

There are probably a lot more so I just listed the first 10 I thought about.

As for the judging criteria, take into consideration their talents, attitudes and attractiveness.
