Johnny Storm transforms into the Human Torch by yelling "Flame On!".
Andrea Thomas transforms into Isis by pulling out the amulet and saying "Oh mighty Isis".

Yeah in anime there's Ichigo Kurosaki who transforms when he says Bankai. Then again he doesn't need to say it to transform just like Johnny Storm doesn't, he just does.

Darkwing Duck comes to mind.
It happened a ton in older anime in addition to repeated transformation sequences. Cutey Honey had "Honey Flash!", Sailor Moon had "Moon Prism Power!", Ronin Warriors would shout out their armor name and then "Dao Jin!", and I'm sure the list goes on exhaustively from there. If you count screaming, DBZ might count too.

Does anyone remember the old Visionaries Knights of the Magical Light cartoons and how they'd recite these poetic spells before they can enable their powers? Would be funny if they tried doing that in a modern live action film.

He just tapped it but I could have sworn that at one point he said "By Asgard!" or something. Another example would be when Prince Adam says "By the power of Grayskull!" to turn into He-Man, if that counts.

But in that mindset, you could then say The Thing mentally transforms into fight mode by proclaiming that it’s clobberin’ time. |

Not sure if this counts but in the anime My Hero Academia. The main character's superpower or as called in the anime "quirk" is activated by him shouting "Smash!"
