NHL. The Sabres have been nearly unwatchable for years, It gets to you after a while. Yeah some improvement but still, to sit home for the playoffs in a league where most teams make the playoffs is stale.
Lots of sports I never had any interest in. NBA, golf, tennis.

Cricket... used to love it. It bores the arse off me now 😴
Cycle racing... used to race myself. Fell out of love with it in I think 1997, when I found out everyone in pro and amateur racing except myself was doping... No interest ever since.
Only thing I was doping with was copious daily quantities of booze, and 40 fags a day... To be honest, in retrospect, I don't think you could call that performance enhancing 🤷 and now I live with heart failure in my 50s, go figure.

I also represented my city at national level in dragon boat racing... played for the city's mental health football team... and fenced foil and sabre for a local Salle. Had to drop it all when me heart went. Fags booze, and drugs since the age of 10 will kill you young kids... I'm in my 50s and flat out fucked... Don't be like me.

NBA, I was a big fan as a kid in the 90's but it has become less and less and less.

NHL hands down.
It was the BS '1 PT for an OT loss'
Woo-Hoo!!!! Everybody gets a medal! Even for losing!
Let's axe old school divisions too and put in carnival acts like Shootouts after OT................

I'm watching a little more MLB this year because the Padres are interesting, but I don't watch as much as I did in the 90s. NBA and NHL are pretty much strictly playoff sports for me anymore.

Only one would be NASCAR. All the Oval racing got old compared to Australua's variety of touring car tracks. I never hsd interest in college sports. Never seen the appeal in watching ametuers play when there's professional leagues that are easily accessible.

The NFL. Most of the regular season games are dull low scoring affairs and there seem to be too many stoppages in play to challenge this and that; no flow.

NBA - used to follow it passionately in the 90’s. My passion started to wane the more I realised just how bad the officiating was.
Formula 1 - just lost interest in it.
Never been a NASCAR or College sports fan.

F1 - richest driver drives. Qualifying is the only competitive thing left about F1. Races are all but a waste of tv time. There should be a cumulative global trophy for best time from the first race to the last, a winner for 'driving around the world' the best.
Golf - I can only watch majors.
NASCAR - it was watchable in the 90's like WWE, when guys wanted to off their opposition as much as win.
NBA is getting close, saved only by the playoffs. Even marquee match-ups are filled with load management resting stars, so what's the point. The players care less than I do at this time, I'm soon to really only care about the Raptors.
Since we're here, I've grown to enjoy 'neutral' (not my fav team playing) MLB & NHL games more often than before.

The NFL, easily. A shell of what it once was.
Roger Goodell reminds me more of Vince McMahon every year, if you catch my meaning.

Most actually, to a degree at least. About 10 years ago I was very in tune with NFL, NHL and to a lesser extent NCAA basketball and the NBA. But I don’t find myself watching as many games lately or perusing the sports websites as often. I also pretty much quit espn, but it hardly seems like they cover sports news anymore anyhow.

Yeah, I'm with you there. Even the sports that I still follow regularly, mostly the NFL, I don't keep up with nearly as much. It used to be that I'd make an effort to catch every prime time game and as many Sunday games as possible, and I'd listen to sports talk radio in the car and watch the sports shows on TV. At some point I lost interest in keeping up with everything to that degree. I can't handle 90 percent of the douche baggery of sports talk on the radio, tv, or the newspapers/websites (particularly had to give up paying attention to ESPN... they're fucking brutal), and with that I lose out on keeping up with scores, news, and standings of the other sports that I don't watch nearly as much. Nowadays I watch minimal coverage and I'm only really interested in watching the games themselves. NFL comes first, I've almost entirely given up on the NBA (especially since the Knicks have been useless... so like 15 years I guess?), I can only handle so much baseball in a 20 thousand game season, and never cared much for hockey but if the Rangers are in the playoffs and my friends are into it I'll watch those games. In previous years I was into boxing and would follow and watch UFC a bit more.. I hardly care about either at all nowadays. I still get into the Olympics when they come around. The rarity of it keeps it exciting.

For me it used to be MLB way in front, followed by NFL and NBA.
Now MLB and NBA are almost neck and neck for me and NFL is a far distant third. I don't even watch other games anymore. I catch the Niners on tV if I happen to be home when a game is on, and that's it. I've literally turned down tickets to go to Niners games a couple times the last couple years.
And I think as I get older my whole sports following will start to wain. I watch less and less altogether on TV. I haven't paid to see a sporting even in years. I've went on other people dimes here and there but I just won't pay anymore.
