Also, probably a stupid question, but is this scripted? I'm sure I remember Rob Brydon getting jiggy with someone, or maybe it was implied, or he unsuccessfully tried to, or something like that. Unless he has an open relationship with his wife I can't imagine she would have been best pleased watching back the footage. So yeah, it can't all be real as it were?

Yeah, they jumped from BBC to Sky for more money. Coogan's a bit of a hypocrite given how much he claims to hate Sky and Murdoch.
Definitely totally scripted. The two guys do claim though that lots of people think it's a documentary!

Yeah, they jumped from BBC to Sky for more money. Coogan's a bit of a hypocrite given how much he claims to hate Sky and Murdoch. Definitely totally scripted. The two guys do claim though that lots of people think it's a documentary! Yeah, good point about Coogan! Fck me, he was complaining about the Murdoch empire every week it seemed at one point! Watched all 6 episodes (about 30 mins each) last night.
Not bad .. the best bits are when they're competing to see who can do the best impersonations of various celebs. Plus Spain looked lovely.
Strange ending though!

I'm not a Coogan fan but I love Spain. Not the CostaSpain but the country's fascinating history and look, so I'll turn off the sound and try to enjoy the visuals

Watched the first episode and it was almost as funny as Mrs. Brown's boys.
Coogan needs to stop pretending he's an intellectual and do more funny voices.
