It seems Jon likes to get dominated. In any case, they know the wall has fallen, they know the army of the dead has invaded the seven kingdoms and yet they find time to have sex at a place that is nearer to the army of the dead. Don't know about the seriousness of the situation.

Fan service? Feminist ideal new man they can use to wipe the floor? Can't say about the motive but it appeared as if Dany was using Jon as her sex toy.

There was an awful lot of smiling in this episode.
Pretty strange when the end of the world is imminent.

I wonder what Jonsa's interpretation would have been on first episode's scenes. It would have taken a lot of imagination to make us understand how Jon is madly in love with Sansa and how he is playing Dany and how Dany is a coward.

They obviously don't know how close the zombies are.
They are literally waiting for the zombies to come to them, so while waiting, might as well boink.

It also didn’t make sense logically. They went to the dragons because they weren’t eating much...because they hate the north, presumably because it’s cold and snowy...so let’s fly them further north?

Dragons can't leave the North anyway. We don't really know enough about what makes them happy. Maybe flying with Dany makes them happy and she went to cheer them up.

They knew Jon riding a dragon would make morons happy. That's what the writing is mostly for.

I thought she literally said ‘they don’t like the north.’ Or something similar. She did. I'm saying that she went to see them to cheer them up, check on them since they couldn't leave the North until the zombies were killed. She also realized they got along with Jon. Of course the scene was to show Jon was a dragonrider and they had one of two options - do it military style which would not make a lot of sense or incorporate it into their romance.

I thought she literally said ‘they don’t like the north.’ Or something similar. I don't understand this whole "dragons not eating" thing and where they're going with it. Sansa said they didn't have enough food for everyone and Dany said they eat "whatever they like." So, the dragons aren't eating but what are they supposed to be eating anyway? Livestock? People? Maybe I'm reading too much into it. If the scene was put there to get a laugh out of Jon's dragon riding ability....well....um....okay. 🤔
