Love coquille st jacques and have made it several times but I have never even heard of it done as a pie. Novel idea! Gotta try it soon. What is that at the bottom, a truffle shaving? Never heard of roasted lemon either.

We're having Sandra's stuffed chicken breast Florentine(spinach & cheese). I've never tried this brand before but they were on sale at Publix-buy 1 get 1 free. We're also having mashed potatoes (Bob Evans). We were going to have Chinese but ended up having that yesterday. (Beef with mushrooms and chicken with snow peas).
