Trevor Hamlyn was last seen in Paradise, Newfoundland on June 16th, 2018. He was seen near his home on Imogen Crescent in the Trails End neighbourhood. Trevor is a white male 33 years old about 5'10 and 230 pounds, he has a shaved head and a goatee. His family reported him missing three days later on the 19th of June *Edit I originally said July! Oops *, when they had not heard from Trevor in a few days.
On the 25th of June 2018, searchers found an old phone of Trevor's face up on the grass in the search area in Paradise, I think the Trails End Neighbourhood, but I am not 100% certain. The screen on the old phone was cracked, but there was no dirt or leaves on the screen. For a phone that had sat for nearly 10 days, it was shockingly clean. His sister Ashley said to the Telegram a St. John's newspaper in November of 2018 about the phone that was found.
“We even had a private tracker who came out, and there was no scent of Trevor at all in the whole area, so how does his phone just appear? And in such good condition? I mean, it had a cracked screen, but there was no dirt, no leaves, no nothing on it.” In that same interview she spoke of Trevor's snapchat account being used. Someone opened a snapchat picture from Trevor's account some weeks before. The phone that he was using at the time of his disappearance has not been found.
Ashley also mentions in that interview that her brother may have fallen in with the wrong type of people leading up to his disappearance and the family wonders if he saw something that he was not supposed to see and this led to his disappearance.
April 16th, 2019 marked the 10 month mark and there still have been no signs of Trevor and the general assumption is that he is dead; but if he is dead, where is his body? The family does not believe that Trevor would commit suicide, and of course that is quite a common belief. It is odd that if he did commit suicide that his body has not been found yet. That is of course, not saying that he could not have done that.
His bank accounts had not been touched as of July and as there was no information updating the public on if they have been used since then, but my assumption is that they have not. It was also checked to see if Trevor had left the island either by ferry or plane and he had not.

What do you think happened to Trevor Hamlyn?
I personally lean toward foul play and the often said someone knows something, but it is really hard to tell.
