Any suggestions for which actor could play the vampire Kurt Barlow? I guess Willem Dafoe is too obvious.

how about the lead vampire in 30 Days of Night?
they were hands down the creepiest vampires I ever saw (besides Nosferateau - or however you spell it)
truly underrated gem - he could pretty much be our modern day Bela Lugosi - playing vampires/dracula

Yes, I have the 1979 & 2004 versions on dvd. I prefer the original but the 21st century version has its charms.

how about the lead vampire in 30 Days of Night? they were hands down the creepiest vampires I ever saw (besides Nosferateau - or however you spell it) truly underrated gem - he could pretty much be our modern day Bela Lugosi - playing vampires/dracula Contrary to most peoples beliefs, Lugosi only played a vampire 4 times and Dracula only twice. Now see if you're goth enough to listen to the full length version of this song celebrating the great Lugosi.

It's true he has a personality in the book, but altering him this way made him seem far more evil and scary, IMO.

Yes, I have the 1979 & 2004 versions on dvd. I prefer the original but the 21st century version has its charms. I love both and own both too. It was my first Stephen King novel and still my favorite.
