The more you think about it, the more shortsighted Thanos' plan becomes. And I'm going with the writers over Feige on this one. It's supposed to be sentient life, not all life. That wouldn't make any sense. Not that the plan makes any sense to begin with. Should've been 2/3 of all life.

Grrr at the writer repeatedly referring to it as the "Decimation". A Decimation only removes ONE TENTH of the population!!!
