It was always gonna happen, wasn't it? Celtic are already 1/12 for the title next season with B365. What do the Celtic contingent, and anyone else for that matter, think of this, then? Rodgers has also said that he believes Celtic would be a Top Six EPL side.Brendan says he "couldn't be happier"

I suppose Celtic will get a few million now if one of the big boys come calling. Hope he stays there and breaks the record of so many title wins in a row. Yeah Celtic would be a top 6 side no probs with their attendance's and shirt sales around the world.

He doesn't make a song and dance about things but I believe that he has found his niche with The Bhoys and is thrilled to bits with the response of the fans and PLAYERS to his style. He wants to make Celtic a regular last 16 CL side, at the least. He will get all the backing, financial and otherwise from Dermot Desmond and the rest of the board. He has formed a very good relationship with Peter Llawwell, a good man to have on your side, who gets the same kind of stick from the fans that Fergus McCann got when he was here. Once he shows the rest of football that Celtic are a regular last 16 CL club, then Celtic's income will have increased and high quality players will be affordable and attracted by the club's status and ambition

I dunno, what side are they better than in the top 6 of the EPL? Or does he mean they would be a top 6 side after they get on the Premier League gravy train?

If Celtic didn't exist and Newcastle were playing in the SPL they'd probably win it every year and they'd probably say the same about how they could come down to England become a regular top six side with their huge attendances and shirt sales. The reality is it's not that easy.
