If Spider-Man was brought to life five years later, just as he was when he disappeared, then everyone at his high school should be graduated and in college or in the work force! WTF?
Unless they all died too! LOL! Really, all of them died too?! It's the only way it'll make sense that they're all the same age and still in high school in Far From Home.

It's possible his core group of friends all got snapped. The original six Avengers survived, it's not unprecedented. The rest of the student body is irrelevant. Honestly I'm not that excited about Far From Home, anyway.

I could only imagine how awkward it would be if Peter got brought back only to find that his best friend and his love interest are now adults, while he’s stuck in high school.

Yeah I brought this up elsewhere, the ones who turned to dust wouldn't have aged so it makes sense they'd still be at school but it'd mean that Peter, Ned, Flash, MJ and if there's any others would all have had to turn to dust too.
Not impossible but coincidental.

Whatever makes the story happen, eh? lol

Now you're on the road to becoming a great Hollywood screenwriter.

Didn't they change the timeline?
Also, why did Peter hug Ned as if he hadn't seen him?
Wouldn't he have seen him in "the other place" like he saw Dr. Strange?

Maybe all the high schools were at an educational halt. Nobody went to school because of how f**ked up the world became to function properly.
Then when everyone came back, they continued.
