One of the weirdest assassinations I can think of. I am totally convinced that Sirhan does not remember killing Kennedy. I hate to look like a conspiracy theorist but this looks closer to The Manchurian Candidate than any other assassination. Sirhan vaguely remembers getting a cup of coffee while RFK was speaking and that he was impressed with the speech but that is all. In interviews he does not seem the slightest bit delusional but things that were found that he wrote before the assassination indicate that he was far out of touch with reality. I think he should be paroled.

The reasons fall in the same categories as the case for his brother. Ballistics doesn't support the official version, witnesses who have nothing to gain from lying have a version that seriously contradict the official story, some important leads that should have been investigated were not, attempts were made to shutdown witnesses, the actual odds of all the details and events chaining up the way they did (according to the official version) are next to nothing.
