a couple things tyrion looked awful in first season so glad tyrion changed his look as seasons went by  Little Finger looked so much younger!! wow and what a flashback with ned choking him reminded me of this  and side note happened right before this  as for cersei i think she was a good parent she tried her best and loved her children she knew joffrey was a monster loved that smack she gave him ,  she loved marcella and she was taking away from her i think its one child cersei mourned you felt her pain as for tommen sweet kid but very weak he let himself be manipulated by his uncle and others in court, margagery and that septa guy whatever his name is , it was kinda foreshadowed he would end up in suicide since S2 . |

Even the show runners/directors mentioned how they didn't like it the more they filmed. I would say it was at its worst in the first episode of the series...come to find out that Tyrion's scene in bed with Ros in the first episode is from the original unaired pilot they ended up having to reshoot. They evidently needed to conserve on resources so while they reshot most of everything from that episode, budget necessitated keeping Tyrions awful wig haha. His look gets progressively better from then on, as you mentioned.

LOL what a funny story i didnt know ,in that opening scene he had blonder hair too ..lol i didnt know it was a wig ..lol i think they were trying really hard to make him look similar or related to jamie with golden hair

If the scene of Tyrion/Ros from the original pilot is any indicator of everything else from that episode, it's a very good thing for the show that they reshot it! The acting in the scene is good of course - that we can't knock. The wig though...ugh. haha.
