Past Thanos traveled to the present to steal the stones and was turned into dust by Iron Man's snap. That means Past Thanos skipped over the events of Infinity War and thus wouldn't have been around for Infinity War and wouldn't have been able to do the 1st snap. So the events of both Infinity War AND Engame could never happen because Past Thanos traveled to the present and skipped over the events of Infinity War.

HULK said that any changes to the past don't re-write the present; they just create a new timeline. The true plot hole is CAP appearing as an old man at the end (by staying in the past, he should've created a new timeline).

It’s all so confusing and is exactly why they should’ve steered clear of time travel altogether.

I wonder, if Hulk is so smart does that mean the Hulk in the Superman funeral service from the SNL sketch is in fact the Ruffalo Hulk?
"Hulk not good with speech so he write it down...ahem...as we assemble here for this "hom-age.."

Any time you deal with time travel there's going to be some kind of plot hole. Honestly, the best story I've seen deal with it is The Time Traveler's Wife.

It’s all so confusing and is exactly why they should’ve steered clear of time travel altogether. The reason they went with the time travel is because they wanted to make it 2 movies instead of just 1 movie so they could get twice as much money from dumb MCU fans, but they didn't have enough story for 2 movies so they decided to use time travel as a cheap way to just undo the 1st movie. But the writers fucked up the time travel and created several plotholes and paradoxes.

Any time you deal with time travel there's going to be some kind of plot hole. But it should be a simple concept to grasp that when time travel happens and a past version of a person dies, then the present and future version of that person should no longer exist. But the Endgame writers couldn't grasp that simple concept.

Not a plot hole you moron...seriously learn the meaning of some just SOME of the words you overuse and constantly in the wrong way, you idiot.

Why isn't this on the MCU board? Oh, that's right because it was already completely blown away over there. Let's review the rules about plot holes. Number 1: if it is completely explained in the movie, it isn't a plot hole.
