I dunno... That corner doesn't sit right with me. He was walking away, for Shakira to take it. Kind of like punching someone from behind. The ref had authorized the kick to be taken by any Liverpool player. Arnold saw his opportunity and took it. Fury is correct, it was a moment of inspiration, nothing like "punching from behind". Well... I don't care for it. If it had happened the other way around, the internet would have collapsed this morning... under the weight of Liverpool fans complaining "it's not fair" "we weren't ready" Ref should have seen everyone was not ready, and called it back.

That was the following article after the Liverpool one on a satirical website.

Really can't see that, it's like saying if someone jumps over the ball on a freekick for someone else behind to kick it, "we didn't know he was going to do that, it's not fair". Just clever play, it's down to the opposition not to get caught flat footed in an important tie.

What a genius Trent is, quick thinking like that at 20 I dunno... That corner doesn't sit right with me. He was walking away, for Shakira to take it. Kind of like punching someone from behind. How did the cheating from Messi and Suarez over the 2 legs sit with you Jack? Bullshit! There was nothing nothing wrong with what Trent did Youre the first person I've read all morning that has had the bullshit reaction to it

I haven't seen it yet, but by reading the description of how it happened, I tend to agree that it sounds at least a little bit dirty.

It was exactly the same as taking a quick freekick. In fact, it was a quick freekick
