Who is the bigger lawless vigilante tyrant? Steve Rogers or Bruce Wayne? Take the poll. Give your opinion. Have a crab claw.

I love Batman, but him in the DCEU compared to Cap in the MCU, he’s definitely not as bright.
I think we should all know who’s gonna have the 1 vote for Captain America at this point.

Depends how well you know the characters. Captain America was on the run for a couple of movies, whereas Batman is a vigilante by trade and his identity is based around it. Except for the Adam West Batman Series, Batman's always on the verge of being brought in.

Batman because he's afraid to share his identity.

Batman plotted to murder Superman just on the off chance he became a threat...does this sound familiar? wasn't this HYDRA's plot just on a larger scale?
Caps refusing to sign the accords is no different than Batman's general refusal to have any oversight to his actions, also Batman used a human being as monster bait, that's just mean.
Batman is a less self-righteous prick though so he has that going for him I guess.

Ghost Rider. Dude pretty much does what he wants. So the binding of Zarathos to Blaze was punishment for both but the greater point for Mephisto was Blaze as punishment for the demon, him forcing the demon to do good.
