This is probably not going to be the most helpful answer bravomailer but I’m going to take a stab at it. I’d say that it’s either an early 60’s Ford Falcon, or possibly a Chevrolet Corvair. The image was a little out of focus, and the guy in the wheelchair is blocking it a little. I tried google image, which is usually rather effective on comparing and matching photos across a database, but it just came back with “classic car”.

Pretty sure it's not a Corvair though. I keep thinking it's a mid-60s Buick but I can't find it on any search. I'll keep looking.

It could also be a '61 to '63 Buick Special or '61 to '63 Olds F85 (all sister cars). But the Pontiac has the right lines I think.

Thanks to all. It has beautiful lines! You could dress them up, this one I found a photo of was the most basic one you could get! The '61 to '63 was a unique car, if you have time, read up on the Pontiac's drive train, it had a rear transaxle and rope drive to the engine for better weight distribution. GM, even though a conservative corporation for much of its history, was very innovative in the early '60s. Pontiac Rope Drive
