Jessica doesn't have a huge rogues gallery, but with the themes of being violated and even abused strongly present in season 1, there is one villain that stands out in her gallery as likely to appear for Season 2.
Bobby Tisdell.
Why? you ask
Bobby has the ability to change his appearance to mimic others. Now if you can imagine this kid using this ability to stalk people and Jessica being hired to stop him with the help of Luke Cage, a mid season reveal that Luke is actually Bobby would be pretty psychotic, especially if they've been sleeping together again. It would be visceral, and provide several new layers to the ideas of voyeurism and violation that grounded the show in Season 1. All of this could end up with the company responsible for creating Jessica, Luke, and Kilgrave as well.

I looked up that character and i noticed that he was mostly in a Deadpool comic. Would Marvel even be able to use him?

The full list of where each and every minor character is owned isn't public knowledge, so the answer is, I don't know, but since he's listed as a Jessica Jones villain, and he's super minor, I don't think there would be a big fight over the issue. It might not even be clear who owns it, and in that case, I again say there would be no protest.

Me neither honestly. Actually that's the exact reason I started looking up possible villains for her, and unless there's somebody else I have no clue about, he's the only one who stood out as a real possibility. And that was after imagining very different versions of the others. He's still the only one that seemed like it fit right in to what they were doing.
