What kind of trouble would you be in after the following:
-Driving a car, your son's car in fact, very very drunk. -You lose control at a roundabout, and while no serious crash has occurred, mounting an island in the road is enough to bring you to a halt, causing damage to both car and property. -The place you happen to do this is both a military base, and you have done this near a factory owned by Aston Martin. -Nearby civilian security guards approach you, and you wind up trying to fight them off. -You run off, the guards uncertain if they are within rights to hold you in custody.. -The guards then call the police, who discover the car is uninsured and untaxed, the owner having been in the process of transferring ownership over after moving abroad.

In the UK?
Car will be confiscated and crushed.
Fine for no tax.
Fine and points for no insurance.
Fine and points for either driving without due care and attention, or dangerous driving.
Basically, you're getting a ban as well.
Possibly community service, or some bird, depending on record?
And a huge increase in your next insurance premium.

What kind of trouble would you be in after the following: -Driving a car, your son's car in fact, very very drunk. I'll assume he's in the UK. If he's not, then I couldn't begin to guess. Prosecution resulting in a fine or a custodial sentence of up to 6 months, endorsement of 10 points or disqualification from driving. Very possibly fired from your job, depending on what your job is and how much your employer likes you. The Institute of Advanced Motorists calculate that in the UK, a drink drive conviction can cost between £20,000 - £50,000 as a result of fines, solicitors fees, increase in car insurance and loss of job (2). Probably pushes the above towards the heavier end of the spectrum. Not sure how the law views this. Irrelevant, I would think; Aston Martin do not have special legal status regarding offences committed within their vicinity. Common assault; anything from a nominal fine up to a maximum sentence of 27 months in custody, depending on the severity. Leaving the scene of an accident. Fine of up to £5,000, or six months' imprisonment. Driving without insurance; fine of £300 and 6 penalty points. Driving without tax, fine of up to £1,000. All in all, this guy is not going to be driving for a long, long time. When he can, his insurance is going to be far, far higher than most people. He's going to be paying thousands of pounds in fines. And/or, he's going to be spending time living on Her Majesty's largesse. After which, he will be largely unemployable. He had a pretty bad night.

In Norway.
If drunk driving: Confiscation of your driver's license and a fine, usually 1.5 times your monthly salary. You can take the driver's test again after 1-2 years (depending on how drunk) which includes the mandatory 80 hours of traffic school (which you'll have to pay). Very, very drunk includes jail sentence in addition to the fine.
You lose control and crashes without any human suffering. That happens. Usually you'll have to pay whatever damage is incurred (insurance will pay for that). If it's due to negligence on your part you'll face a fine as well. Gross negligence means you'll loose the driver's license.

He needs to blame Muslim immigrants. Why not, it's a popular passtime around here.

My questionable offense is not even my fault.
I was having a business conference at a motel, and when I went to use the phone, two guys abducted me, holding a gun on me, and said my name was "Kaplan", and then I was taken to a big house where a guy kept calling me "Kaplan", and I told him he had the wrong package, but he said "games, must we?" and then some gay guy made me drink bourbon and made me drive on a winding road on a cliff. First, they tried to push the car off the cliff, but I got away from them, and then all Hell broke loose.
