Mets will avoid the sweep with thor on the mound. they haven't gotten off to a great start, but the bats will come alive soon. they are too good a team to be like this. i definitely see them winning tonight

sorry, it's basically out of the question at this point. the marlins just gave us a free run, syndergaard looks great tonight, and the mets are playing great. time for this season to get on track

Syndergaard is a great pitcher, he's very hard to beat. The starting pitching is the advantage the Mets have over the Fish, it least where the ace is concerned. Volquez isn't nearly as good as Syndergaard, Jose was our ace and with his death we don't have an ace, Volquez and Straily were good pickups but they aren't aces and no one else on our staff is ace caliber.

 We are on our way. We play philly next, that should be an easy series and we will win it! The mets don't play ANY good teams for the first 6 weeks of the season besides the Nats. Admit it: The Mets' schedule is dumb easy. like if you put on mlb the show 17 in easy mode, that's the schedule they would give you. last year we killed out division rivals besides the nats. i we take advantage of them again this year, we are a lock for the playoffs! |

Here you go again Hairy, I thought you had quit trolling. I'll never forget how you said the 2016 Mets were better than the 27 Yankees and were a lock for the World Series and had the greatest pitching rotation humanity had ever seen.
Winning one game in April that your ace pitcher started hardly makes you a lock for the playoffs, Hairy. You just lost 2 out of 3 to the Fish, and got blasted in the first 2 games. You guys are 3-3 right now, same as the Fish, and 2 of your wins have been with your ace. I'm not going around saying that the Fish are a lock for the postseason, even though we just took 2 of 3 against what you say is the greatest team ever.
Sometimes you seem very knowledgeable and sometimes you revert to trolling and being the big mouthed fanboy with delusions of grandeur.
