How does one plug in the name "Jane Alexander" to find that she was in the Original Broadway play, FIRST MONDAY IN OCTOBER? The IBDDB has changed its format and I can't make it work the way I use to....

Try going to the top of the page where categories are listed, Kijii. Hit 'People' and then type in Jane's name in the 'Search' Box below. I'll see if I can post the page here for you. www.ibdb.com/cast-staff

I don't like the new layout, either. On the home page, type Jane Alexander where it says "Search Our Database". Under Category select People. Three Jane Alexanders pop up. I wasn't sure which one was our Jane but she turned out to be the first one (aka Jane Quigley). Click on her name and all of her plays pop up. If it's an original production it says "Original". Click on the name of the play then click on "Opening Night Cast". There you'll see a list of the players and the names of their characters.

IT'S TOTAL SHIT! to put it not even mildly.
Some hip programmer sold it to them, who has never heard of a play after 2018!

IT'S TOTAL SHIT! to put it not even mildly. Some hip programmer sold it to them, who has never heard of a play after 2018! It's bad when they have a great search site and make it worse. The old site was better in that all one had to do is plug in a performer name or show then enter it. The old site also differentiated if that performer was in the Original Broadway show or a Revival of that show. This is not trivial, especially if one is playing a GG.
