Not questioning your choices just not typically what I see. What's your thoughts on them that makes you choose them?

Well Spider-Man is my favourite CBM ever because it’s just so full of charm, and it helps that it’s a childhood favourite. It has a great story with great character growth for Peter Parker. Willem Dafoe is just so gleefully evil and I know that his costume is a little derivative of Power Rangers, but it’s all that they could work with at the time. It’s cheesy but in a way that it’s like a comic. As for Thor, well I like the Shakespearean take on it and I liked the dynamic between Thor and Loki the best in this one. Ragnarok is great too, but sometimes the comedy gets a little bit too much, where this one has the perfect balance. Also again, it’s from nostalgia.

Ragnarok is great too, but sometimes the comedy gets a little bit too much, where this one has the perfect balance. Also again, it’s from nostalgia. Solid reasoning. For me Sp2 edges out Sp which both are great. The action is a little better in SP2 for me. And Sam put a little more of his Evil Dead Camera work in Sp2 which is always a draw for me. The Operating Room on Doc Ock is straight out of Evil Dead trilogy. Having the POV shots from each Arm. I know it's slightly cheesey but only slightly. He went full ham in Sp3 tho with camera work and comedy. I guess for me Sp1 was just slightly to restrained and Sp3 wasn't restrained enough. Sp2 is the goldylocks zone for me. As for Thor, I did like the more serious take of Brannauh (sp?) but it does get a bit dull and slow in the middle act. Ragnarok's comdey does go to 11 a few times, but as a whole I forgive for so many reasons, but 1 of the large ones is Jeff Goldblum. (Korg, Hela, Hulk being a full fledge character, elevator scene with thor/loki, etc etc)

Captain America. The Singer X-Men and Raimi Spider-Man series are a close second. Avengers being third-or is it fourth?

Really, really tempted to put Thor just because of Ragnarok.
Blade (1998) Blade II (2002) Blade: Trinity (2004)
X-Men (2000) X2 (2003) X-Men: Last Stand (2006)
Spider-Man (2002) Spider-Man 2 (2004) Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Iron Man (2008) Iron Man 2 (2010) Iron Man 3 (2013)
X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) The Wolverine (2013) Logan (2017)
Thor (2011) Thor: The Dark World (2013) Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
Captain America (2011) Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) Captain America: Civil War (2016)
X-Men: First Class (2011) X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019)
The Avengers (2012) Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Thor comes with the progression of his character over those movies. Thor: The Dark World, is one of the less than great additions in the story, but all of them are made better by Thor's progress as a character. On their own, the first two movies aren't as strong, but as a trilogy, they're build-up to a really excellent pay-off in maturity and self-realization.
May or may not regret this, but I'm going with Thor.

Thor fangirl gets her vote in after eyeing this thread for days...
Encouraged by the discovery of the CatFox.
Marvel must make a heroine...slinky. Sexy. Sly. Always gets the better of someone...Deadpool? Hawkeye?

Dang... The Avengers obliterated all. I was expecting some competition from Cap and Raimi's Spidey but I guess not.
