I like this one: LOL, My Avatar Photo is actually 1 of My Favorite Photos from the 2011 Prequel (Very Underrated Movie by the way but I understand that it is mainly because of the bad CGI), not the 1982 John Carpenter Movie which is what I am talking about in this thread.

Whomever that shadow belongs to is the first man on the base who is going to get infected by The Thing. Right? Do we know who it is? I remember that being a discussion/debate on the previous IMDb boards when there were chat rooms for each movie itself.

Whomever that shadow belongs to is the first man on the base who is going to get infected by The Thing. Right? Do we know who it is? I remember that being a discussion/debate on the previous IMDb boards when there were chat rooms for each movie itself. Well, I am 100 Percent Convinced that the shadow belonged to Palmer.
When the shadow turns around (after the Dog-Thing walks in), you can practically tell just by the shadow's hair (as it turns around) that it is indeed Palmer.
