Bookies refuse to pay woman £10,000 'winnings'

I dunno, presumably as it is a free game, you are only allowed one entry per person.  But do the T&C state only one entry per IP address which is a bit different?

I mean she is claiming her gran and her partner's mum used her computer to play, which sounds a bit iffy, she was probably using names of people she trusted but how do you prove that? 

I would probably pay out, unless I had explicitly laid out a one play per IP address policy, or if she was completely taking the piss, and all her friends on facebook just happened to need to use her computer.

EDIT: Actually Sky are saying she entered multiple times, which is a bit different to her version of events.  So if that is true, maybe she shouldn't be paid out.  I don't suppose it makes a difference to Sky who gets paid out so why would they lie?
