Smoked salmon, I suppose. The place had toppings like caviar, Hungarian sausage, sauerkraut.

Fruit.
And I ain't talking tomato.
A good few years ago my cousins took me out for pizza in North Carolina. Very nice it was too. Then dessert arrived in the shape of a 'dessert' pizza, slices of apple, pineapple, pear etc as toppings. Had never seen anything like it, and never have since. It was one of many enjoyable food discoveries during my first trip there.
